1. Call hotels during regular working hours using those numbers in the Recommended List of Lodging List.
2. Inform the hotel in advance that you will be attending the conference of the Jehovah’s Witnesses.
3. Please specify the dates you’ll check in and out of the hotel.
4. If you are still looking for rooms in stock, contact another hotel from the list.
5. Don’t accept a lower amount than that listed on the table.
6. Book your room, then request a confirmation number.
7. You can pay by cash, check, or money order within ten days. Never send money.
